Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

We’re committed to ensuring you receive your pies just as fresh and delicious as you expect. By adding our Satisfaction Guarantee at checkout, you’ll receive coverage for any issues related to freshness, packaging, or delivery, giving you peace of mind with every order. Here’s how it works:

1. Eligibility and Coverage

  • The Satisfaction Guarantee must be added at checkout to be eligible for claims. Without it, orders are final sale, and issues related to delivery or freshness cannot be refunded or credited.
  • Coverage includes any concerns with freshness, damage, or packaging issues upon delivery.

2. Claim Period

• Claims must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date. Simply initiate a return in our Portal.

3. How to Make a Claim

• To initiate a claim, please use our Portal within 7 days of delivery, including a description of the issue along with a photo if possible.

• We’ll promptly review your request, and if it meets the eligibility criteria, we’ll provide a replacement or credit.

4. Exclusions

• Orders without the Satisfaction Guarantee at checkout are considered final sale. These orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements due to the perishable nature of our products.

• Claims after the 7-day period or those not covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is here to ensure that each pie arrives fresh and meets our quality standards. This option is available for U.S. orders only, and the Guarantee fee is non-refundable.
